Get Creative at Coastal Creations

Independent paint any day Tuesday through Friday 12-5, Saturday 11-3. $10 for 1.5 hours at the craft table with full use of our fully stocked craft supplies plus cost of your chosen unfinished art piece from our unfinished art wall section. Create your own take home art, alone or bring friends. We do ask that if you have four or more guest to please give us a call in advance so we can set up prior to your arrival. There will be a $10 deposit, refunded upon your appointment time. Otherwise, t is no appointment needed. Just walk on in and say hey I’d like to create some art!

Fee $25 per workshop

Ages 7-15, child must be accompanied by an adult. 

June 9th - Fun with balloons & paints on 8x10 canvas

June 16th - Rock Paint

June 23rd - Animated butterfly craft & paint

June 30th - Foil fun mock stained glass

Join our instructor Leah as she teaches us this vintage craft of Macrame. You will create one planter hanger for a 6” plastic pot. 

Choose from the beaded hanger or the twisted hanger. All items to create your own plant hanger will be provided for you. Planter in example photos not included. A 6” plastic pot will be provided. 

All materials will be supplied for you.

Join Aly & Mal for a fun and relaxing junk journal session. All levels are welcome as this is an intro class. We'll teach you the basics and answer any questions you may have. Please bring your own journal! Examples of a junk journal can be an old book or planner (Aly's is an old copy of Don Quixote!), a sketchbook, notebook, pretty much anything with a binding! All other supplies will be provided. You are more than welcome to bring any supplies you may want to use. Supplies may include scrapbook paper, stickers, ribbon, buttons, gems, and themed ephemera.

Cost $25

Join our instructor Bill as he teaches us how to paint using oil paints on a stone slice. Subject will be a hummingbird. 

◦ All supplies & guided instruction will be provided.

◦    Please be sure to bring an apron to wear or comfy clothing you don’t mind getting art products on. 

Please note, oil paints can take s minimum of 2 weeks to dry. 

Please be sure to bring a box or towel to place your art piece in for safe travels. Paint will be wet.
